With 20 years of working in the equity comp industry behind her, Edi launched EquityComp Associates better known as ECa in May of 2008.

Prior to 2008, she was a training manager for the Equity Compliance Suite (CCH), Equity Edge (E*Trade) and Gerber Scientific. She also held senior training positions for Transcentive Express Options (today Solium) and Stock & Options Solutions.

Education, training and communications are really important to me.  I make sure that people have the information they need when they need it.
